The overnight fee for the C177 was $400.

Landed a Cessna Cardinal late at night after closing, and we couldn't get off the ramp. We had to contact airport operations to get us clear. We arrived the next morning, and they still billed us a overnight fee ($400) even though nobody was present to assist us. This seems like an unfair business practice to charge for a service we couldn't utilize.

Extremely disappointed with the quick turn service. It required thirty minutes just to get a GPU connected to the aircraft, and then more than an hour elapsed before the fuel truck reached our plane. Ramp personnel were seen offering coffee, distributing newspapers, and towing other aircraft that arrived subsequent to our parking and engine shutdown on the ramp. The quality of the facility and the passenger amenities are the sole justification for the current rating level. Going forward, we intend to bypass this specific FBO and direct our operations elsewhere.

Stopped in to pick up a passenger who was flying in on Breeze Airways. SR20, $40 facility fee, $10 security fee, and a $10 landing fee. It was certainly worth it, as the facilities are quite nice for rest and relaxation. The ground crew was friendly, though they clearly prioritize the jets. Furthermore, as I was preparing to start the engine, a ground crew member walked far too close to the propeller while rushing to tow a jet—a serious accident waiting to happen. If it were just a drop-off, $60 seems quite steep.
