Superb FBO experience! This FBO is highly customer service oriented. They helped me find a repair company to resolve a database issue. Furthermore, Melissa (OPS MGR) aided with aircraft catering storage and some light cleanup, since a crew car wasn't assigned and the catering arrived late to the aircraft. The OPS Staff and Line Staff at Maven by Midfield earn 5 STARS from this GIV Crew. Well done.

We arrived for a single night stay, planning to depart the following day in our Citation Bravo. Because of extremely cold temperatures, we opted to store the aircraft inside the hangar overnight. On the day we planned to leave, unexpected snowfall started, forcing us to postpone our departure. A temporary clearing in the weather permitted us to take off. With light snow still coming down, the ground crew moved the aircraft out of the hangar, promptly fueled it, and we were able to start the engines and proceed. Excellent personnel and very helpful. Five stars!

I telephoned a week in advance to notify the FBO we were inbound and to organize a rental vehicle. Upon arrival, they did not have a car reserved under my designation. This created some haste, but we ultimately secured transportation. The staff at the counter were not especially welcoming. Before departing, I topped off with 53 gallons, yet they still assessed a $60 per night ramp charge without offering tiedowns. I will likely utilize one of the alternative FBOs during my subsequent visit.

Pleasant facility and welcoming personnel. The overnight ramp charge is $30 for single-engine piston aircraft. I plan to return; they provided excellent assistance and had the rental car ready for me right on the ramp.
