If you plan to rent a car from Hertz, just know the toll convenience fee is $29.97 plus whatever tolls are incurred. The tolls on the bridge are quite low, approximately $1.50, but there is no option to pay with cash. It's not a major issue, just a detail to be aware of.

The control tower was friendly. I flew the Trinidad in, but there was no Marshaller available. Unicom was unresponsive. I selected my own parking spot. Inside, I spoke with the FBO staff; they were aware of our arrival and had our vehicle prepared. I informed them we needed a fuel top-off and mentioned our duration of stay. They remained seated at the desk. Upon returning to the aircraft, it had not been fueled. Overall, they were adequate, though not highly service-oriented. In a school setting, this performance would earn a C grade.

Excellent experience, the staff was very friendly. I will certainly return. The courtesy car was only available for an hour, and you receive a 15-cent discount on fuel if you dine at the restaurant.

Exceptional hospitality! We flew into KPOU last Sunday for Easter dinner, arriving in two aircraft, and the team at the FBO couldn’t have been more welcoming. Everyone was friendly and professional; they went above and beyond—even allowing us to return the crew car after hours so we could make our dinner reservation on time. That small gesture made a big difference in our Easter celebration. Truly appreciated!

This is truly the finest FBO I have ever visited in my entire career. The ground crew was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming; I have zero complaints and truly hope every FBO could achieve this standard!
