February 26, 2023Flew into KPOC on Sunday 1/29 and was met by Andrew at Billion Air. I didn’t require any services for the aircraft but he could tell I was having trouble securing an Uber/Lyft promptly, so he offered to drive me to my appointment. It is uncommon nowadays to see individuals exceed expectations, and that was highly valued.
