They handled a broken fuel flow transducer wire immediately. The overall experience exceeded my expectations significantly. I will certainly return!

We visited once and are planning to return. The staff is friendly, highly customer service focused, and they treat every size of aircraft equally. General Aviation is small, and they recognize that fact—they ensure it makes an impact where it counts.

Stopped at PAC last week for an overnight stay. Received excellent service from the line and office personnel. The only issue encountered was with Enterprise Rental Car. They charged me for an extra day's rental, which they have done previously. After eight days and eight phone calls, the issue remains unresolved. I highly recommend PAC, but strongly advise avoiding Enterprise at all costs.

Stayed overnight; truly excellent service. They arranged a rental car via email 25 minutes out, and it was prepared upon our arrival. It is a modest General Aviation facility, but they attended to our needs very well. Fuel costs are reasonable, the service is superb and welcoming. I highly recommend them and plan to return.

The service here is excellent, even very early in the morning. I arrived unexpectedly this morning at 5 AM to depart much sooner than I had planned because of the weather. The line crew assisted me promptly and got me underway without any issues.
