The vintage courtesy car is a neat feature; however, airport staff utilize it, so availability might be delayed until they complete their task. There is minimal FBO service, lacking a water purifier or even a vending machine. Be cautious of heavy skydiving operations; they may deploy parachutists even when you are established on final approach. Regarding dining, the fajitas at the local Mexican restaurant were disappointing, featuring scant meat portions mixed with excessive onions. The fuel pump operates, though it is noticeably slower than average. Overall, the runway and taxiways are in good condition.

We flew in Friday morning and the FBO arbitrarily decided to close. Good thing we topped off the jet fuel. There is ample parking, however, the runway surface is somewhat uneven and parking areas are not clearly delineated. We never managed to get inside to offer feedback since the facility was shut.

Ample parking is available, and the self-service fuel pump appears to be in good condition. There is a minimal FBO facility, but at least there is a restroom! This airport provides an excellent gateway to the city.
