Excellent service at this FBO. They were extremely helpful by keeping their staff available late (2am) to service our med evac PC12!

The FBO is nice, however, several staff members were impolite. Charging $50 to land a light twin just to eat at the restaurant seems excessive. It costs less to land at Mackinac Island!

Excellent airport and FBO lounge. There are a few tie-downs, and an electric outlet is provided for the winter months. The FBO personnel are friendly and quite helpful. Budget and Avis rental services are accessible in the Terminal just a short walk away. They are willing to deliver a vehicle to the FBO upon request. The Pellston Lodge is located across the street; it appeared adequate, though I did not stay there. The FBO staff mentioned they could provide transportation. DA40

A perfectly adequate small FBO, with no landing fees charged. The ramp attendant even drove me down the road in an airport vehicle to the Family Dollar to purchase a charger for my electronics. Truly excellent customer service. Hoppies was quite nice, a peaceful spot overlooking the runway and ramp area, offering quick service and quality food.

I recently had a four-day stopover. There was no charge to park my A36, and the staff were very pleasant, offering prompt service. The fuel price was quite reasonable too. They have multiple long runways available. It's an excellent facility, truly.
