In July I flew to KPIT from Canada in my PA24, parked at Atlantic Aviation, and utilized their courtesy car for a lunch meeting downtown. AA provided excellent service. I took fuel to waive the facility fee, and paid a $10 security fee. Note that if you clear customs at the terminal (Gate C4), and inform AA, they assess USD $38 for a Gate Fee on behalf of the airport authority. This is less expensive than clearing customs on AA's ramp, which costs $99. The landing fee was USD $11.22; the invoice arrived from Vector by mail several weeks later.

Exorbitant charges - more than $700 just to be on the ramp for 15 minutes. We were utilizing a Pilatus PC-12, not a Gulfstream! While the facilities are pleasant and the airport's location is handy, these charges are simply awful. It appears they increase by $100 annually as well.

On the ramp at Atlantic for thirty minutes in a PC12; no services were required. The bill came to $711.00. That was the most expensive cup of hot chocolate I've ever had—truly unbelievable!

A perfect 10/10 FBO experience. This airport is very general aviation-friendly even though it operates under Class B airspace. I flew in under VFR conditions in a Warrior and the staff treated me professionally. The facilities and personnel were excellent. They even provided a crew car without any associated charges.

This FBO facility is very nice and clean! The line service provided was top-notch.
