I spent three days here and decided to comment because of the recent negative reviews. I received prompt and friendly service; there were absolutely no issues with fuel. My aircraft was positioned upfront and fueled within an hour of my telephone call. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Quite possibly the most dreadful FBO experience I've encountered. The ground crew exhibits a complete lack of concern for anything—be it the aircraft, fueling operations, or the clientele. Should you require fuel, plan on calling at least two days ahead. You might see five attendants inside, yet not one will move to assist. There is a total absence of oversight and responsibility at this location. Pay the extra cost and choose Signature instead.

If you enjoy being treated poorly and paying premium prices for it, this is the FBO for you to visit!

There was no AvGas available at Sheltair. Hurricane Milton caused damage to the 100LL fuel farm. Signature Flight Support remains the sole option on the field for AvGas.

I began documenting my experience landing at KPIE and Sheltair. There is simply too much to recount regarding the awful service I encountered. The inside staff treated me poorly, and the line crew was even worse. This applied to both my arrival and my subsequent departure. It seems no one at this FBO prioritizes customer satisfaction or service quality. If you are a manager at Sheltair, please reach out; you won't sustain this business long at this facility.
