Stopped in KPHL Atlantic Aviation FBO Thanksgiving weekend, and they were quite busy. Aircraft covered the ramp, and we were very professionally marshalled to parking. Ground crew assisted at all points as we taxied our Challenger 604 to its spot. Absolutely fantastic crew on the ramp. The front desk personnel were also very pleasant and helpful. They even managed to empty our LAV, which two prior FBOs claimed was frozen—even after we were in St Martin. I highly recommend this FBO for medium-sized jets.

The service was quite slow. Even though the ramp wasn't busy, it took more than an hour to get the aircraft fueled.

Dropped passengers in the VisionJet and had to stay overnight due to weather at the final destination. Services at a major Bravo airport are never going to be inexpensive, but hangar fees were not excessive and service standards were very good. When I called the following morning to arrange a 10 am departure and place a fuel order, they brought the aircraft to the ramp at 9, fueled it, but then returned it to the hangar when snow began. Excellent extra effort and initiative shown.

Our second time visiting with our Mooney because PHL is very close to our destination. $28 total in fees with a fuel purchase, and only $20/night, and we stayed for a week. You couldn't park an automobile in Philly for $20 per night. The personnel here are friendly and welcoming. We did not feel out of place. We will continue to utilize Atlantic PHL when visiting the area.
