The personnel were efficient but lacked warmth. Fuel costs were high, which is typical for a major facility. Only a basic coffee machine was available. Rating: 2.5 stars.

This FBO is neither efficient nor professional. The Customer Service Representative is consistently impolite. I flew in twice over two months. I attempted to call ahead on Unicom regarding services during a rapid turn landing, but received no answer. When I called the main line, I was placed on hold immediately, without being given a chance to speak. It appears they are understaffed. Furthermore, the lack of professionalism displayed at the front desk permeates down to the ramp, causing issues when necessary preparations are not complete.

This specific Signature location appears to be short-staffed. I phoned ahead to arrange fuel and GPU service, but was on hold for fifteen minutes. The queue at the FBO counter required a ten-minute wait. Furthermore, even though I had called in advance, the GPU was not attached—I waited an additional twenty minutes for that service.

I had an extremely good experience at Signature. Flew in in a 172 and was treated like a Challenger. All employees were helpful and pleasant. The attendant was very lenient with the crew car usage. Fees were quite reasonable. I have no complaints whatsoever and will have no issues returning if the need arises.

Excellent facility. I was concerned about the overnight charges, but they were quite reasonable for a four-seat piston aircraft. If you don't mind a twenty-minute walk, a MARTA rail station is available for transit to other city areas.
