Excellent customer service. I was based at KPBG for some aerial survey work. I never had an issue with getting fuel after landing or getting my aircraft pulled out of the hangar on time. The crew is small, but knows how to manage the ramp very well. Each line service technician seemed passionate about their job and treated the aircraft with respect. CSRs are great at recommending food choices. I’m glad I stopped by! I enjoyed my time basing here for two weeks, the team was superb!

The service at this Avflight was excellent, which aligns with my experience at their other Avflight locations too. Look for the FBO housed in an old air force control tower situated on the southern end of the field. For a fuel stop (16 gallons), there were no ancillary charges applied.

I visited Plattsburgh in Sept. 2024. I would rate this FBO as quite good. The building is a converted Air Force control tower, but it's clean, modern, featuring complimentary coffee and immaculate lavatories. Not luxurious, but very functional. Their line personnel towed my aircraft and secured it properly and tightly. They had the rental vehicle prepared and managed all documentation efficiently. My only concern is that on the ramp—near my valuable aircraft—they operated their service vehicles too quickly. Please reduce speed for safety, team!

Excellent as always, the staff are very welcoming and go the extra mile. The airport is huge; what's not to like? Good food at Valcour as well.

Flew in a 182 for the July 4th Weekend. The personnel at the FBO front desk were fantastic. They first brought the rental car to us and assisted with securing the aircraft, as some storms were anticipated in the region. The aircraft was fueled by the time we returned, and the cost was marginally lower than the price shown on Foreflight. Excellent service.
