I arrived and called Rossi on the phone for a fuel truck to come fill me with Jet A+ in transient parking. First attempt, nobody answered. Second try, someone picked up the line and immediately disconnected. I waited five minutes and called again. This time, someone answered with an annoyed tone, "Yes?" I informed them of the aircraft type and location. They seemed bothered that I required jet fuel. He mentioned there were several other aircraft he needed to service first. I had a two-hour window. He never arrived. :(
