We have been based at this location for a year now and have had a fantastic experience. We always appreciate the attentive service, sensible fees, and helpful personnel. They are consistently happy to assist with extras such as ice and loaning out the vacuum. Highly recommended for basing or transient stops!

Landed with a flat tire on a Friday afternoon around 2 pm. I was staying the weekend anyway. They jumped on repairing the tire first thing Monday morning. It was ready to go at 10:30 am. Excellent service, wonderful people, fantastic result, very satisfied customer! Thank you! Daniel Miller

This was a repeat of my excellent experience from a few years back (though thankfully without the drama of the Convective SIGMET!). This is my third stay at FlightLevel Norwood, and the experiences have been great every time. The staff is friendly and very helpful; they did a superb job towing my Mooney (which is a notorious airplane for towing by tug without damaging the nose strut). They also filled the O2 bottle as requested, and the fee was reasonable.

Katie and Chris at the reception desk are genuinely pleasant to collaborate with; they always exceed expectations to ensure all my requirements are satisfied.
