Boscobel Airport KOVS Pilot Reviews

September 30, 2025The scenery on approach was quite beautiful, though I would opt for an Instrument Approach Procedure at night or in low visibility due to the nearby bluffs. A local aviator and an engineer working on a hangar construction stopped by for a pleasant chat. I utilized the courtesy vehicle to head into town for a coffee at Timber Lane Coffee. I also experimented with an e-bike for the first time. Fuel pricing is competitive, and maintenance services are available on the field (they previously repaired a flat tire for me), making this a solid choice for a destination or a quick fuel stop.

May 31, 2024A wonderful FBO facility. A beautiful airport setting, and a great location overall. This might be my new preferred stop in the Midwest region. A perfect score, 10/10. The C152 performed well.

Fuel pricing is reasonable, and the facility is easy to access from any direction. The approaches here are quite scenic too. The provided e-bikes are brand new and offer a fantastic option for the short trip into town." } ```
