Basler Flight Service KOSH Pilot Reviews

According to their website, the self-service fuel pump is located "right off B-1 taxiway." This information proved inaccurate, as the self-service station is actually much nearer to the FBO (adjacent to N4). They mentioned installing new pumps, but locating it in the dark was quite inconvenient.

Terrible FBO experience. Prices were excessive!! I will certainly not return. The staff members were excellent, however, the management team is completely awful!!!

Excellent FBO experience. The staff were friendly and the service was good. I frequent OSH often, and Basler is certainly among the top ten percent of FBOs.

The FBO offers various amenities and excellent service; it was a clean facility, and there was ample staff ready to answer any of our inquiries. They fueled the aircraft while we utilized one of the several crew cars available to visit the EAA Museum and get lunch. A wonderful location-

Arrived briefly to use the facilities and prepare my flight plan for the return journey. I did not require any services, yet the personnel were quite supportive. Pleasant amenities. PA-28R

Arrived at an empty facility with all exterior doors propped open. Waited for about 20 minutes before heading out for lunch. Returned a couple of hours later, and still no personnel were visible. The phone went unanswered. Eventually, I located a line technician slumped low in his chair, wearing pajamas. He sprayed fuel all over my aircraft and windows.
