I telephoned ahead with my estimated time of arrival. Upon landing, nobody seemed willing to meet us on the ramp. I ended up parking and securing the aircraft myself. No personnel approached us there. No help was extended. I requested fuel. As I departed the FBO, the fuel truck was positioned directly in front of my aircraft. The following morning, inexplicably, fueling had not occurred. I was required to signal the fuel truck operator myself. The young employee at the counter acted as if speaking with me was an imposition while I was attempting to settle the bill. The level of customer service provided is subpar.

What an excellent crew at NLR AIR. They are consistently willing to assist and always exceed expectations. Rob is a superb line attendant, and the maintenance department does a fantastic job resolving any issue you might encounter.

Outstanding service from the maintenance crew here. I flew a Cirrus in quite late in the evening, around 6:30 PM. For some reason, my starter failed to crank the prop, and I would have been stranded if not for their superb mechanic. He stayed about 30 minutes past closing time just to ensure I got away safely. I plan on returning!

These folks went above and beyond to assist me with ground handling issues. They arranged transportation to LRI so I could secure a rental car after Uber, Lyft, and Enterprise failed to deliver. Tie-down was arranged immediately, and there were no excessive fees. Purchasing fuel was straightforward and not a concern at all—thanks immensely for the exceptional service!
