We had a pleasant experience visiting the Newport area in a piston single. We called ahead with our plans to stay for a few days, and the personnel were courteous and helpful.

This remains one of the worst FBOs I have encountered. I waited twenty-five minutes for fuel after placing the order! The attitude at the desk was poor.

The PC12 fees were: $35 for landing, $250 for facility use, and $100 for parking.

Some construction is occurring at OQU, but getting in and out of the FBO remains straightforward. Fuel prices matched the advertised rates. Service was excellent, and they meticulously followed all my fueling and servicing directives (they even connected my TANIS heaters as requested). The charges were a $10 landing fee, a $20 facility fee, and $17 per day for parking my BE-55, with no waivers granted despite purchasing fuel. While not the most economical choice in the Rhode Island area, the value, location, and attentive service make it a solid option.

Flew to KOQU on Labor Day weekend 2023. We were marshaled to parking and the lineman had the Enterprise rental car waiting beside us! He chocked the wheels and informed us he'd secure the aircraft. Treated us and our Comanche like a corporate jet. FlightLevel handled the car reservation for us, which proved very helpful. The internal staff was cordial and swiftly got us moving. It was slightly pricier, but the level of service justified the cost! ATC was excellent during both arrival and departure.
