First visit here. I called the day before my scheduled arrival. I was informed staff would be present until 5 PM; however, I landed at 4:30 PM and everyone had already left. I was also assured transportation via Uber and Lyft would be available—that was also untrue. Throughout the weekend, I attempted repeatedly to get Jet A+ fuel, but no one answered the phone line. On Sunday, my scheduled departure day, I located an instructor who checked and confirmed someone would arrive to fuel the aircraft by noon. It is now 20 minutes before my 2 PM departure, and still no services. This was not a positive experience.
