The linemen were quick and the staff friendly- a truly pleasant FBO experience.

Stopped for fuel in early April 2025. Beautiful new FBO. Helpful staff fueled me promptly. Self-service is an option available. It was an easy in and out, and significantly less busy than KFDK, which is just to the East.

Stopped here on a Saturday in late February 2025: they possess a BEAUTIFUL new facility, featuring a huge, freshly paved ramp. The personnel were all very cordial and supportive, and fueled our aircraft promptly. We hope to visit again shortly!

4-19-23, stopped at KOKV for an overnight stay while en route to Florida. We called ahead to notify them of our evening arrival. The representative on the phone was very courteous and helpful. Although we were arriving after standard office hours, she confirmed that staff would remain until 10 PM to assist with any requirements. We landed near 7 PM, and the gentleman at the desk was quite friendly; he already knew my name and provided the crew car keys for the evening so we could reach our hotel. Fuel prices are competitive with other locations, and they offer full service for only slightly more than self-service. We highly recommend this stop! Appreciation to the Winchester staff for the excellent service and welcoming demeanor!

Stopped here again arriving around 7:00 pm to spend the night. Mike came out and asked if we needed anything. Offered to help tie the aircraft down. Very pleasant and helpful. I let him know we were spending the night, and he offered a crew car overnight. Very clean facilities. Fuel prices are competitive, even cheaper if you self-serve. It is an excellent choice for a stop, especially if you are winding your way around the DC area. Thank you Mike for a superb fuel stop!
