Excellent FBO. Clean and very friendly staff. Less than a mile from downtown McCall. My wife and I landed there and walked into town for breakfast.

The facility staff were very friendly.

They are not transparent regarding charges. I requested transport to town, and they offered to meet me outside of normal hours for a small fee. They also offered hangar space for my aircraft, again without mentioning any associated costs. I subsequently received an $800 invoice. Upon complaining, they lowered the amount to $300. Always verify and confirm their fees for every service provided.

Everything and everyone at Dew Aviation (the maintenance shop) was outstanding and incredibly helpful. McCall aviation (the primary FBO) has some serious issues. When I arrived, I had maintenance problems requiring an overnight stay; they even offered complimentary hangar space. When I returned to collect my aircraft from service, the manager John decided to add a $150 per night fee to the previously agreed upon 'no charge' hangar accommodation. Steer clear of this business entirely.
