The FBO provided excellent service. The ramp fee was waived because I purchased fuel. However, I received a surprise landing fee bill from the airport later. They utilize Vector, which sends the bill via ADS-B after the fact, which was quite inconvenient. I plan to use Katama next time.

The general aviation fee was waived for under three hours, then it was ten dollars. They parked our aircraft quite far away for what seemed like no good reason, as there were only a few business jets nearby. The landing fee was waived after purchasing about sixteen gallons of fuel. Staff were quite friendly, though unfortunately, no courtesy cars were available. Accessing the ramp requires staff assistance since there is no gate code. The shuttle bus runs directly to the terminal, which is a short walk away. Plenty of ride-share options like Uber and Lyft are available. There is a dining establishment on the premises, and a dedicated pilots' lounge is provided. Overall, it was a satisfactory FBO experience.

Excellent FBO, very friendly staff and extremely helpful! I called on Unicom about ten minutes out, and they provided clear instructions on where to proceed. I was met on the GA ramp by a marshaller and offered a golf cart ride to the main building. I would certainly recommend this location! (Flying Cessna 172)
