There were no landing fees assessed for the Cessna 172.

Coles County Aviation is a fantastic place to stop over. We were on a VFR flight from Calgary to Nashville and weather blocked our way south. Tate and Anthony were very helpful getting us situated and secured some overnight hangar space while we waited out the storms. They also arranged a crew car (classic Mercedes) that was perhaps the cleanest crew vehicle I've ever utilized. I would strongly recommend stopping here. Excellent service!

The published fuel price does not account for the 4% surcharge they apply for credit card payments.

Flew in 6-16-24 to meet friends for breakfast and needed a top off to get home. Very friendly line staff. They provided us a ride to the FBO in the golf cart to settle the bill. Nice facility overall.

This is a really nice airport with fabulous line crew. The restaurant on the ramp is quite good, saving time running into town. Probably the nicest line attendant I've met in years—and on a Sunday, too. It was pretty full, so I didn't get fuel...and fuel prices are frankly too high for a rural Midwest airfield. There are plenty of nearby choices with fuel 25% lower.

The staff were courteous and supportive. The facility was kept up nicely and quite spotless. It was active enough to offer good amenities but not overly crowded. This made for a pleasant stopover. DA40
