Flew into KMTN for the first time today operating a dog rescue, and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The receptionist at the FBO was very pleasant and friendly, assisting us promptly with fueling before we turned around to head home. The refueling crew was highly professional and efficient; overall, everyone there was extremely helpful. The tower controller was fantastic and remarkably composed, making the landing amidst heavy traffic quite smooth!! I would gladly visit MTN again!!

Aria and Wendy at the FBO were outstanding! They assisted with arranging Hertz rental, and helped transport some luggage. Excellent work!

I got the impression they didn't care much about repeat business. I wouldn't call the service horrible, but staff weren't proactive unless prompted.

This is not a location I would choose to visit again. Self-parking offered no assistance, and although they advertise hangars, none were available. All the negative comments listed previously are accurate.
