PrismJet, a Part 135 operator, consistently speaks highly of the professionalism and reliability of this facility. The team’s attention to detail is evident in every interaction, from the seamless handling of aircraft to the warm hospitality extended to passengers and crew. The facilities are modern, well maintained, and among the best in the region. Staff members are not only attentive but proactive, ensuring that every need is anticipated and met with efficiency.

A very pleasant FBO. In terms of interior design and amenities, it is likely among the best FBOs nationwide. The personnel also appear quite friendly and supportive. It is certainly not inexpensive, but one generally receives commensurate value. A 100-gallon JET A minimum waives the $150 ramp fee, identical to the competing FBO. We chose to cover the ramp charges.

Superb staff! They brought our rental car directly to the aircraft and even offered assistance tracking down misplaced luggage from a different airport. There were no handling or ramp charges, though we did refuel our plane with their services. We will certainly use them on our next visit.

What a welcome relief to have an alternative to Del Monte. This is a first-class FBO, well-trained and efficient ramp crew, and a beautiful facility. There was sufficient personnel to handle multiple aircraft arriving simultaneously; we never waited for anything. Very impressive—we will be returning. Thank you to all.
