Stopped in to drop off two Angel Flight passengers. The FBO personnel were extremely helpful with the baggage and drove the passengers to a nearby hotel.

Azure Flight Support staff: excellent! The local Smyrna Enterprise Rent-A-Car: terrible. They failed to deliver the vehicle on schedule. I had to borrow a crew car to transport passengers to their location. When the rental car was finally delivered, no keys were provided! Keys arrived later, but the car was dirty and smelled strongly of tobacco smoke. It was impossible to reach the Smyrna Enterprise office by phone to arrange a swap. Upon returning the rental, I discovered I had been overcharged. This whole process was poorly managed and dishonest. STEER CLEAR!

I received excellent treatment during a recent fuel stop. The service was very quick, in and out, and I certainly plan to return.

Be mindful of the unlisted charge of twenty dollars for a single piston engine if you are parking and do not require fuel. Taxi fifty additional yards to Hollingshead Aviation; they avoid imposing a greedy, unfair surprise after you shut down. It appears that is where I will be heading, even if fuel becomes necessary going forward. The intent of this feedback is that hopefully, another pilot reads this and avoids this situation.
