There were no FBO services available. The airport was unmanned, although the doors were unlocked allowing access to the restrooms. Both 100LL and Jet A fuel are self-serve only, with no tug assistance offered for positioning aircraft. It is an acceptable airport, just lacking in services and personnel support.

Upon landing, the Unicom frequency relayed instructions for parking. A customer's rental car was staged on the ramp. I was informed that only self-serve jet fuel was available. I checked the office, but it was deserted; nobody was around on a Friday afternoon. One might expect an airport serving a state capitol to offer a slightly more welcoming atmosphere.

The gentleman who assisted us with fueling was very pleasant and helpful. He completed the refueling quickly. We were just stopping by and intended to purchase some maple syrup to take home. There were no ride-sharing services or taxis available locally. We contacted every cab service listed online. About half of them were unfamiliar with the airport's location. If you plan to arrive here and require transport, make certain to organize it in advance.
