Superb service and very attentive to the needs of flight crew and passengers alike. This is extremely important to corporate operators! Fueling was quick and efficient, and the crew car proved very helpful.

Visited last month. Potcake Aviation was satisfactory. They waived the tiedown fee for a two-day stay after a fuel uplift of approximately 14 gallons. Upon departure, three attack helicopters taxied out and lifted off in a hover about 70 yards distant while I was maneuvering on the taxiway. No downwash issues were encountered, but it was concerning. Exercise caution.

In the future, should I be able to bypass Potcake FBO, I certainly will. I suspect that being the sole FBO at the field permits them to justify discourteous treatment. Seek service elsewhere if possible.

I had a very good experience here at Potcake Aviation. My aircraft (Eclipse jet) didn't fit well in their ramp fee schedule, but the manager quickly rectified that when I contacted him, and we returned the favor by topping off. We had prearranged an Enterprise car, and it was waiting for us upon arrival.

Convenient parking near the helicopter hangar. The car for rent was too expensive for my taste. A gentleman offered a ride to the Evergreen Aviation Museum (I don't want to identify him, but you know who you are) - thanks again for the ride! I did walk back from the museum (the museum stopped providing a shuttle prior to Covid). It is about a 30 to 45 minute walk - make sure you walk to the traffic light to cross the highway as the traffic is heavy and fast! I’m glad I flew here.
