The Piper Archer rental for six hours cost $78, plus a $20 handling fee. I parked and chocked the aircraft myself, but was still charged $50 for parking exceeding two hours—this is absolute greed. Atlantic Aviation is just as bad.

Atlantic Aviation is terrible

These individuals are absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. The line personnel are the best. Customer service always goes the extra mile- They have secured our business whenever we are at MMU.

Flew an aircraft from Florida to Connecticut and stopped in at Signature to drop off a traveler. I provided a 20-minute heads-up on the ASRI and advised them to anticipate a quick turn. Upon arrival, the ramp was completely empty. After a few minutes, I was abruptly intercepted by an impolite and agitated line technician who signaled me to stop. He approached dangerously near the propeller and was very discourteous to my companion. My companion reported the incident to management, yet we were still assessed a ramp fee. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. 2/10

Normally I'm not a big fan of Signature, but the staff at KMMU were fantastic. Very friendly and responsive line service - one attendant even tracked me down inside to let me know that he thought he saw an issue with the aircraft. It turned out to be nothing serious, but I certainly appreciated the alert. The Customer Service Representatives behind the counter were also very polite and helpful. I have only positive comments about this visit!
