Oracle Aviation KMLE Pilot Reviews

Visited family over the weekend, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Fuel prices were a bit high, but they waived the tie-down fee with a fuel purchase, which balanced things out. I plan to return when I visit next time.

Stopped by for a day — it's not what it once was. They have opened a new facility in Sioux Falls, and it seems most of their attention and resources are directed there. I called ahead, but received no guidance on where to park upon arrival. Not all the designated parking spots include tie-down hooks, and no rope or chain was supplied. The personnel were pleasant but largely unsupportive. When departing, the front counter was unattended, and the manager appeared annoyed to have to process my payment.

Excellent service, and the staff were very friendly. They were extremely helpful during an overnight stop while ferrying the aircraft. This facility is highly recommended.

Fuel prices are more than a dollar higher than what is posted elsewhere. If they manage to update the price at the pump, they certainly can update it online too. This is a poor way to conduct business.

Second time visiting Oracle while in town for a few days. The personnel were very welcoming. They contacted me one evening to inquire if I wanted my 172 stored inside overnight due to the NWS severe weather advisory. It cost $75 for the night, but I guess it is better to be safe than sorry, and they sought approval beforehand. I will return on my next trip to Omaha.
