Fuel costs have increased considerably at this airfield. Be cautious.

First flight into MKY from VNC. Pleasant and welcoming FBO. I grabbed a coffee and recharged my batteries. Landing fee was waived with a self-serve fuel purchase. I stayed right at the FBO. The facility seemed new and quite modern. It was very comfortable indeed. I plan to return soon and explore the island.

The SE Piston tie-down fee is $42 per night. The ramp fee of $30 is waived if you purchase fuel (self-serve or full-service).

Outstanding FBO experience! The staff here are consistently very welcoming and supportive! I make an effort to stop by whenever possible! Fuel pricing is competitive and the scenery is magnificent.

We stopped here in our 182 on the way from Jacksonville to Key West. Another excellent fuel stop (the best prices we had seen since leaving Canada the previous day) and very friendly FBO staff. It is clear they take great pride in their service. We highly recommend this location.
