Fueling is self-serve and misleading. The credit card machine at the pumps is non-functional; they know about it but fail to inform customers. I advised three ground crew members behind the desk that I was preparing to taxi out. (It's quite a distance from the FBO.) Upon calling back later, they offered full service pricing. This was untrue; I was billed over $1 more than the self-serve rate. Exercise caution. When I pointed this out, 'T' processed a refund and then recharged the identical amount—stating he would notify the Manager to reach out. I received no transport back to the aircraft, nor any follow-up from the Manager. I suggest avoiding this location.

A pleasant FBO experience overall, however, be advised that the GPU rental is priced at $75 for every 15 minutes, equating to $300 hourly. Should you require the GPU to manage the aircraft's temperature, be ready for a significant expense. Aside from that, the FBO is quite good, featuring very friendly staff, a comfortable pilot lounge, and excellent facilities.

Fantastic fuel stop- the roasted bean cafe was closed, so they provided us with car keys and a lunch recommendation, which was wonderful for general aviation travelers. This truly embodies the spirit of general aviation.

Superb, friendly service from Tower/ Ground coordinating clearance and refueling and FBO services. Highly recommended fuel stop when en route to Kansas from Southeast.

A very pleasant FBO experience. The service was excellent. Self-serve fuel requires a bit of a walk from the main building. Remember to use the side entrance for the FBO; TSA personnel are located at the Terminal entrance.
