Excellent service! I flew in to get the Fly Wi Passport stamp and the team treated me as I would expect from a small town FBO. They were helpful, kind, and not bothered by the fact I wasn't flying a jet. Even if you are just passing through, this stop is worthwhile. The personnel were superb, and the facility is beautiful as well.

MKE Signature surprised us with excellent 24/7 customer service, incurring no extra charges for passengers returning at 10:15 PM. AvFlight CAA FBO requested after-hours fees (which we anticipated), but then stated the same fee would apply without granting FBO access. We relocated to Signature, where the Customer Service Representative was extremely helpful and even provided a fuel discount. Signature's charges, even at retail rates, were lower than AvFlight CAA FBO's combined fuel and fees. It is refreshing to observe that the "captured audience" syndrome is absent at this Signature location.

This is definitely not an FBO catering to General Aviation! We landed at MKE during one of the coldest winter days, and the two other FBOs experienced fuel truck freezes—though that wasn't their fault. Signature was our final option for fuel, yet they declined to provide any despite having ample supply, claiming they were reserving it for their regular local clientele. Since we were critically low on fuel, we were forced to make the difficult choice to proceed to a nearby airport. I will never spend money with Signature again; they are a truly awful company.
