Excellent experience with the front desk personnel organizing a two-night stay for a single-engine SR22. Staff explained all the charges clearly. Ramp parking is $51 per night.

The service provided by Signature Flight Support at KMIA was quite disappointing. My aircraft, a beautiful SR22, was parked in an unsecured area after fueling. When I returned, the ground crew had misplaced the chocks, and the aircraft was slightly shifted. I had to wait nearly twenty minutes for someone to locate the keys, which they had left unsecured in the FBO office. The whole process for a simple turn-around felt disorganized. I usually prefer Signature, but this experience was below standard. I hope management addresses these procedural lapses soon.

The ground handling crew provided excellent service for parking and fueling. The FBO and pilot lounge were very pleasant. Unfortunately, there was no cool merchandise available.

Avoid at all cost!!! Go to OPF Fontainebleau instead.

Be cautious of the fuel quality at this signature location; it differs significantly from what was advertised. Furthermore, customer service was nonexistent.

Similar to other feedback, this FBO is subpar. The line personnel are pleasant, however. But expect to be treated poorly and overlooked by the internal team. They are lazy, unhelpful, and completely indifferent. Don't count on executing a fast turn. They are the sole FBO at this airport, otherwise, they might face closure.
