The line staff and customer service representatives were friendly and efficient. Prices are excellent for this area too. The facility isn't fancy, but it had everything required. I arrived to pick up family members and then get some lunch. The fuel order was finished while we were eating, and we were prepared to depart upon our return.

I would not recommend this FBO. Customer service was extremely unpleasant, and they did not even have an airplane jumper cable (This is absurd, they operate at an uncontrolled airport, but this specific location does not.) They are quite lazy; they will not assist you and seem unwilling to accomplish anything. They primarily just want payment, especially the fuel drivers for the trucks.

Even if you are based there and you land with another aircraft for training purposes, they charge you all fees—facility fee, full fuel price, and so on. When I inquired why, they stated your aircraft is based here, but you are not... truly the worst customer service experience. I recall the previous Gwinnett Aero fondly. I would not recommend this service.

Excellent staff; they really go the extra mile and are very friendly. I find myself at this airport frequently. This might be my preferred FBO.
