Excellent airport, very helpful personnel. Jim assisted me in towing my aircraft to the fuel pump without my even requesting it; he simply noticed an opportunity to assist and acted. Please note the posted fees are outdated; the charge for a single-engine piston aircraft is now $15 per night.

Wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly. Excellent shop for everything Leadville Airport. Hours of operation are 0700-1700 for the FBO shop, but the lounge is open on the ramp side all hours.

Avgas is self-service only. David was very friendly and helpful. I utilized the courtesy car to travel into town for lunch (Silver Llama). The downtown area is quaint and well maintained. Pilots have 24-hour access to the lounge, though there is no shower facility. Many t-shirts and hats are available to commemorate your landing at the highest airport in the US.
