We arrived for a meeting four days after the relocation to the new FBO. It is a beautiful facility offering great amenities. The crew lounge is private and includes a sleep area. What an amazing upgrade from the previous location!

Brand new facility in excellent condition. Line crew and front desk personnel were top notch. Flew in on a low IFR day and had to divert. The front desk would call every 15-30 minutes to update us on changing conditions and whether anyone successfully completed the approach. Fuel prices were reasonable too. We will certainly return next time we visit KC!

The FBO's new location on the East apron is quite convenient.

Excellent service, and their line personnel were very supportive regarding all our requirements. A courtesy car was available and quite clean. CAA fuel makes this a preferred stop for this region. We will certainly return.

The service provided by the FBO staff was friendly and very helpful. They open at 6am, and someone was present just before that time to allow me access for an early departure. They provided complimentary cold water and maintain clean facilities. They also offered a crew car, but since I was staying two nights, I opted for an Uber into town. When arranging transportation, ensure you use the "Hangar 1" address and send a note to the driver specifying you are near the hangar displaying the large red stripe—it's quite noticeable. I would certainly utilize their services again.

Superb facilities and a helpful, friendly staff. I arrived for a Compassion Flight carrying 8 rescued puppies destined for the nearby shelter. The service provided exceeded all expectations—I highly recommend this location.
