I contacted Eagle East beforehand to notify them of my arrival in a PA32. Tim (the owner) promptly texted back with taxi and tie-down instructions. Upon landing and taxiing to the ramp, Jack (ground lineman) was prepared for me, offering excellent service and patience while unloading the aircraft. Arrangements were also made for an early departure via an after-hours gate access. I truly value the hospitality and attentiveness shown.

Eagle East Aviation provided excellent care during my week-long visit. They marshaled our Cessna 182 to the Tie-Down and had our rental car pre-cooled with A/C running right next to that spot. Bags were transferred, and off we went. Fantastic service, and I plan to return!

This is truly top-tier service. Shawn and Andrew are fantastic.

First visit to this FBO. Do not anticipate luxury amenities. The pilot lounge consists of a few couches, two restrooms, and a water dispenser. The eatery across the road was shut on Tuesday (our arrival day), though it appears it would be a pleasant spot for a meal. All personnel were quite helpful and welcoming. They mention having courtesy vehicles available, but I cannot confirm that claim definitively. Since the diner was closed, one staff member permitted us to use their personal vehicle to pick up sandwiches. The listed services description is somewhat overstated.

Excellent FBO experience. A nice dinner spot is located just across the ramp area.
