I contacted the facility three days ahead to secure hangar space while I was operating in the vicinity. They offered a favorable rate and confirmed availability. After a long day of flying, I arrived only to be informed that no space was available. I managed to secure temporary hangarage at an alternate airport last minute, but I was quite let down because I had reserved space for a full week and they failed to notify me about the cancellation. This was not very professional conduct.
