Superb FBO, lovely facilities, very welcoming staff, complimentary ice cream, and extraordinarily comfortable recliners. We absolutely intend to return. Cannot recommend this highly enough. This experience completely shifted our view of Ohio, truly. Both Lunken Field and Waypoint Aviation have gained two new loyal patrons!

I’ve had several truly excellent experiences with Waypoint over the years. They assisted me in securing a hangar spot last minute before storms moved into the region. During our recent flight, they towed my aircraft into their hangar to de-ice it before departure without me even needing to request it. Top-tier service, reflecting genuine care for the client. They have recently added expanded ramp parking and a very pleasant lounge area. I highly recommend them if you are stopping by or staying at LUK.

The winds were gusting over 30kts. They insisted that my Baron needed to be parked tail into the wind. I could not get the lineman to understand. I then turned the aircraft around into the wind. The lineman was rude and simply didn't grasp that this could damage the rudder, ailerons, and elevator. His supervisor arrived to assist and de-escalate the situation. The line supervisor had never heard that you shouldn't park an airplane tail first into a strong wind. Quite disappointed.

Excellent service from Waypoint Aviation. Flew in for a Reds Game (a short Uber ride away) with my family in an SR22. Staff marshaled us in and were ready for anything we needed. All the personnel we encountered were eager to assist and enthusiastic about aviation, their town, and local attractions. We plan to return.
