The line service was extremely slow. I called in while in range with a fuel order and lavatory request, but there was no one available to park us. I had to radio them to confirm where they wanted us to park. After parking, nobody came out, so I repeated the service order. I walked inside, and the answer was that it was shift change. I waited 50 minutes to receive the fuel truck, even though no other aircraft were arriving or departing. The line service operations are not well managed.

Stopped here on the evening of August 6, 2024, without a doubt the most disorganized group of people I have ever encountered. Nobody seemed to know anything, and they could not answer simple questions. Perhaps I was speaking a foreign language, or maybe it was the fact they were preoccupied with their cell phones. I utilize Signature services at many airports; usually, it is a Very Good FBO. I will certainly not return to this location again.

Angie took good care of me upon arrival. My cargo was delayed several hours and I didn't get in until about 2330C. There were no Ubers available, and the crew car is limited to two-hour intervals. Angie met me ramp side; I had two ground service personnel assist me, and we obtained fuel without any delay. The FBO is currently undergoing renovations, but overall it is a pleasant facility offering excellent service. Angie deserves a raise for her dedication to excellence; she drove me to the hotel and informed me about all the dining options. Laredo proved to be quite nice.

Superb service from the ground crew, even when operating a light single-engine aircraft. They kindly brought an umbrella out to us. We were lent a crew car for our appointment in town, and the handling fee was waived following a substantial fuel purchase. We will certainly stop here again!
