These personnel are exceptional. Fast service, friendly and professional. I arrived late, and they permitted me to keep the crew car overnight because I was returning first thing in the morning.

Stopped in on a ferry flight to spend the night. Had called ahead to see if they had hangar space for a Champ, which they did. Upon landing, they fueled me immediately. The line attendant offered to clean my windshield, which was appreciated. They offer courtesy cars, but overnight use isn't permitted. Instead, they provide transportation to nearby hotels and arrange pickup in the morning. Excellent service—I would certainly use them again.

Excellent FBO experience at KLNK! I was ferrying a light DA20 across the country and stopped here for the night. The weather kept me grounded for another night, but Duncan treated me exceptionally well, like I was flying a corporate jet. They safely hangared my DA20 (for a fee, naturally) for two nights and topped off the fuel. They had me prepared to depart as soon as the weather improved. Truly top notch service! The aircraft registration was N203BL.

Plenty of business jets were on the ramp, yet I received royal treatment in my single-engine light aircraft. I had phoned a few days prior regarding overnight hangarage, and the line staff immediately met me on the ramp with a tug. They also provided transportation to my hotel. Excellent service.
