I diverted to KLMT at the last minute due to fog in Medford, and stumbled across RMC and their excellent service. Travis and his team ensured I had everything required for my business meeting in Medford. They arranged an immediate crew car and drove me to collect the vehicle to save time. They brought my new SR22 into the hangar for overnight storage to avoid frost, and had me topped off, with Tanis heater plugged in before my departure back to So Cal. This is definitely an amazing asset to KLMT.

Travis and Don are top notch at RMC Aviation. Excellent service, fair prices, and extremely knowledgeable staff. The self-service fuel option is very convenient, and they also offer full service fueling on the ramp or directly at your hangar. I arrived one Sunday afternoon recently, and Don met me at my hangar, topped off my 182, and then quickly returned with the golf cart to take my wife, two children, and luggage to our vehicle instead of making us walk. I highly recommend RMC Aviation.

Flew charter for the first time at KLMT and used RMC without a specific reason, frankly, but they certainly earned my business that day. We ended up stuck all day waiting for passengers, and the crew car wasn't available. I was offered a personal truck to use for errands, like grabbing lunch. Throughout the day, I observed these staff members operating—a cool pilot lounge situated above the action where F15s were blasting off alongside helicopters training new pilots. The day was pleasant thanks to the comfortable amenities, good conversation, and high-quality operations. They are relatively new but performing well!

These folks are truly the best. I experienced a series of unfortunate circumstances, and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful in taking care of the aircraft and the pilots. They certainly exceeded the typical requests and services expected from an FBO.
