Jacob is exceptionally helpful. We dropped in unexpectedly due to poor weather conditions. Not only did he provide the crew car, but he also scouted the entire field searching for an available hangar. I managed to depart quickly and follow the interstate route while staying beneath the weather system. He assured me that if I needed to return, I should call his direct cell number, and he would come back after hours to accommodate us.
