We've only visited Atlantic LGB twice, but we've had excellent service both times in our Piper Lance. Pulled right up front and was left there overnight in our single engine piston. Line and reception staff were superb. We left a sweater on departure, and they sent it to us via FedEx the next morning without any difficulty. When in LGB, we will certainly return.

The Cherokee 6 arrived mid-morning and departed early afternoon. Service was excellent; the rental car was brought right to the aircraft upon shutdown. I had no complaints regarding the service itself. However, the landing fee seemed a bit steep at $67 (excluding fuel) for just a four-hour stopover.

Terrible experience. I dropped my aircraft off at a maintenance shop around the corner. A friend picked me up, and they levied a $95 ramp fee against me. No option for a fuel waiver was presented. Maintaining that elaborate fish tank in their lobby must be costly.

If you are just doing a quick pickup and drop-off, they only charge $25 for a light piston aircraft. This is significantly better than Signature's $45 rate.
