Excellent service and friendly agents. We flew in Friday and departed Monday after the big win by TTU over BYU. Everyone treated us very well, and the aircraft was prepared this morning. We certainly plan to return!

I had hopes that things would improve with Million Air taking over. But still the same lack of organization persists. We are here for every home game and several non-game days. I acknowledge today was extremely busy and they were doing the best they could with the staff on hand. They should have brought in more personnel from other locations. I put in my fuel order as soon as we landed around 0845; I reminded them twice and as of 1450 still no fuel. However, they fueled several other aircraft that arrived after us.

Pleasant location; it was quite busy when we arrived but they managed to accommodate our needs. Fuel was reasonably priced. The FBO facilities are good. For departure, they had my aircraft positioned right at the door. Excellent service combined with a good fuel rate. I will certainly return here. Simple arrival and departure process as well!

We stopped in yesterday to see our kids and get a little bit of fuel. The entire staff was superb and helpful. When we went to leave, our Bonanza wasn't wanting to hot start and subsequently ran out of battery. Thanks to the line staff and Ernie, we were back in the air in no time—highly recommend this FBO.

I have had issues with fueling our King Air on several occasions. One time, I requested a quick turn, and upon arrival, the staff seemed idle; I had to approach line service directly to inquire about fueling. Eventually, they commenced the service. On another instance, I phoned the previous evening to arrange fuel, specifying the requirement to be completed by 0600. Arriving at 0630, the aircraft remained unfueled. They barely managed to complete fueling just before the passengers arrived. Generally, the personnel are pleasant, though efficiency could certainly improve.
