Pleasant FBO experience. I handled customs right by the ramp and then had a brief taxi over to Avflight. The ATC services were excellent too. The FBO facility was well-equipped and the staff were friendly. Fuel prices are high, but the service provided was good. Dealing with customs was smooth and easy. I would certainly stop here again.

Excellent, friendly service provided. Since I did not purchase fuel, there was a $12 handling fee applied for the single-engine piston aircraft, which I felt was entirely justified given the quality of the assistance. A courtesy vehicle was readily available. I will certainly return for future visits.

Memorial Day weekend, Saturday 9am: the door was locked. Another pilot waiting to be pulled out of a hangar mentioned, "good luck finding someone," but thankfully they allowed me entry. Coffee was available, and the restrooms were tidy—however, no staff were present. An instructor walking by commented that this situation is typical, stating the FBO "is dead." There was no self-serve fuel option either. After waiting an hour, I flew seven minutes south to KTEW to utilize their self-serve pumps. Quite frustrating experience.

Emily provided excellent service arranging a last-minute rental car when I was in a bind. My appointment was canceled while I was airborne, so I ultimately did not use the rental, but she was very gracious and handled canceling the reservation. Highly recommended!
