A very pleasant facility. The overnight hangar charge was quite fair at $38 per night for a compact single-piston aircraft like an RV4. Purchasing sufficient fuel allows you to waive the landing charge. The FBO appeared clean and welcoming. There is a snack area offering coffee. The pilot lounge is situated down the corridor and offers privacy. I certainly plan to stop here again.

Following hurricane Helene, it seems fitting to commend the Concord FBO for stepping up. Much has been discussed regarding the significant contribution of piston single owners, corporate jets, and rotorcraft operators, along with the superb work by center controllers and the JQF tower. The disaster likely set air traffic records that might never be surpassed. Amidst all this activity, the FBO sustained its high level of professionalism and service, effectively donating both time and resources.

PA-32R Piper Lance Honestly, the finest FBO experience of my flying career. Michelle was wonderful. Rented a car through the FBO via Avis; the vehicle was parked immediately outside the main doors upon my arrival. They took excellent care of my aircraft, and inquired if I required fuel on my departure day. My plane was prepared when I showed up, and returning the rental was simple—the staff were extremely courteous and supportive. I was utilizing FlyRight for training, which resulted in reduced pricing. Absolutely worth repeating!
