Excellent FBO, wonderful staff, easy in and out. Superb visit to Joplin. Lunch at Babe's Drive In (not far from the airport) was perfect; it is a local diner. Note: The best rental car option is Hertz, which is situated at the Terminal. If booked far enough ahead, they can have the vehicle waiting at the FBO; they suggest at least one business day's notice. We utilized the courtesy vehicle to travel to the terminal to collect our car—a brief delay, but everything functioned perfectly.

Amazing and VERY friendly staff. Stopped for gas unplanned and used the conference room for a few conference calls. Great people, nice FBO. This was true customer service.

Excellent experience this evening at Mizzou. Tower mistakenly directed us to the older FBO, but a brief walk was certainly beneficial. The line personnel were superb regarding taking the fuel request and arranging ground transportation. Facilities appear tidy and well-maintained, a very welcoming FBO overall. I will certainly make this my preferred stop when visiting this region. Mooney

I had to land at Joplin due to a mechanical issue. The team at Mizzou Aviation took excellent care of me very quickly. Highly recommended.

The ground crew at Mizzou Aviation were fantastic while I was ferrying my LSA low and slow cross-country. The flagman was helpful during taxiing, and they offered immediate fuel upon shutdown; I also appreciated that they were careful not to overfill. The staff inside were friendly, the crew car was good—and they even managed to find hangar space for me for a few days when I was delayed. I would return to JLN and Mizzou in a heartbeat!
