September 15, 2025Stopped overnight on XC. Called about fuel and tie downs during flight planning, very friendly. No overnight fees. Excellent small airport, gas was cheaper than KFAR. Had trouble getting IFR clearance but launched VFR. Was informed by approach that the delivery phone number isn't the same as the ForeFlight number. Surprised by the amount of predawn traffic. Would certainly stop again.

July 11, 2024Incredible hospitality during our brief 24-hour stopover. David was able to get our SR22 into the hangar overnight. He had it prepared and pulled it out to the fuel pump for our departure the following day. All personnel at the airport are extremely welcoming, and the facilities are quite good. It's a straightforward airport for parking if you plan on heading into Fargo. A big thank you to David for his kindness and generosity in securing our aircraft inside the hangar.

August 23, 2023Fantastic airport for arrivals! I was stationed here for more than a month while completing a survey project. The staff in the FBO maintenance hangar were quite friendly and extremely accommodating regarding any requests I had. Furthermore, the manager at the avionics shop provided excellent assistance with my needs. The facility is quite tidy and meticulously maintained; I was genuinely impressed. Fuel costs are very reasonable, though it is exclusively self-serve, lacking any full-service option. In summary, I strongly endorse making a stop at Moorhead.

May 25, 2023An excellent General Aviation airport if you are visiting the Fargo/Moorehead region. It is situated right next to Interstate 94, just east of Moorehead. The manager and staff are very pleasant, and the jet fuel is significantly more affordable than at KFAR. Furthermore, they offer plenty of tie-down locations without charge. Should you request it and space permits, they will hangar your aircraft if severe weather is anticipated.
